1) From the joint letter signed by NARAL, MoveOn.org, Working Families, etc. :

“He […] has an extreme ideological agenda supported by some of the most dangerous ultra-conservative and white nationalist groups, and has failed to protect everyday Americans’ constitutional rights in favor of propping up corporations and special interests. As a judge, Gorsuch opposed reproductive freedom and women’s rights; LGBTQ rights; civil rights; workers’ rights; immigrants’ rights; disability rights; environmental protections; and sought to increase the influence of corporate money in our elections. Imagine how much damage he could do with a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.”

2) Reproductive Freedoms Specifically: Gorsuch has written little about abortion rights, and has publicly stated that Roe v. Wade is the law of the land. However, his views on the “inviolability of life” may indicate a willingness to strip away at reproductive freedoms.

He also ruled in the Hobby Lobby case that closely-held businesses do not have to offer their employees contraceptive coverage. This ruling was affirmed by the Supreme Court.
