ATLANTIC COUNTY FREEHOLDER AT LARGE
January 18, 2018
The newly elected Atlantic County Freeholder at Large, Caren Fitzpatrick, is the spotlight of today’s installment in the Action Together New Jersey (ATNJ) series introducing you to various ATNJ members who successfully ran for office this past fall.
After her nomination and acceptance into the highly competitive National Candidate Training with PCCC (Progressive Change Campaign Committee) in Washington D.C., Caren ran for the first time and won as County Freeholder At Large in Atlantic County this past fall. Caren’s campaign was also featured in the ATNJ program entitled Donate Days, a statewide small-donor campaign for her. She was also featured on the ATNJ website as a member running for local office and seeking to bring change starting at the local level.
“Caren was tireless in her efforts when running for office for the first time, hitting the ground in the county and listening to the citizens all over the county. She cares about the citizens of Atlantic County and she is committed to serving all constituents. I have known Caren to be a thoughtful and deliberate thinker and I know these qualities will benefit the people she represents when it comes to making the decisions that is right and needed. She will make a tireless public servant.” Uyen “Winn” Khuong, Executive Director, ATNJ.
